Professor Brian Cox, one of Britain’s most famous scientists, gave a “mind-blowing” talk at a Welwyn Hatfield school yesterday.

The pop star-turned scientist, who became a popular television presenter after playing keyboards in the dance group D-Ream, visited Queenswood School near Brookmans Park.

Brian Cox’s visit to the Shepherds Way school came on the day scientists confirmed proof that physics genius Albert Einstein’s ‘gravitational waves’ do exist.
