ELEVEN students at Queenswood achieved straight As in all their GCSE subjects.
The Brookmans Park girls’ school is celebrating another excellent performance with 91 per cent recording A*s, As and Bs.
In the core subjects of maths and English language, 38 and 44 of the 63 candidates, respectively, achieved passes at A* and A.
Queenswood’s principal, Pauline Edgar, told the Welwyn Hatfield Times: “I am delighted with these very good GCSE results which demonstrate, once again, the hard work of both the girls and the staff pays dividends.
“These girls will now be able to enter the sixth form with real confidence as they embark upon their chosen A-level courses and I congratulate them on their fine achievements.”
