THERE was GCS-glee at Onslow St Audrey’s school this morning with the school’s targets exceeded yet again.
A whopping 96 per cent of Year 11 students achieved five or more A* to C grades and 44 per cent achieving five or more A* to C grades with English and Mathematics.
Headteacher Paul Meredith said: “When so many students achieve grades above C they have an excellent platform for sixth-form courses, apprenticeships and college courses.
“I wish to send my thanks to all staff and students for their hard work.”
He added: “I am particularly pleased as this good set of GCSE results follows the school’s record-breaking A Level results last week.”
