Oaklands College is hosting a free business breakfast on July 6, aiming to give employers advice on how to make the best use of apprentices and supported internships in their workforce.

Speakers include the MP for Welwyn Hatfield Grant Shapps, council leader Mandy Perkins, and Lisa Devayya, the council’s economic development officer.

Over a free breakfast, employers can also hear first-hand from Rhea Dickman about her experience as an events apprentice.

The event will take place at Oaklands’ Welwyn Garden City campus from 7.15 to 9.15 am and will include a chance to network with other local businesses.
