MONK’S Walk School is celebrating what it says is a record set of A-level exam results – but is this morning (Thursday) remaining tight-lipped about what the pass rate actually is.
Geraint Edwards, acting headteacher at the school in Knightsfield, Welwyn Garden City, said he was “thrilled” with the achievements of his students.
He said: “We are delighted with the results, which is a testimony to the students’ hard work, the professionalism of our teachers and the support of parents and carers.
The high pass rate and excellent grades achieved by our A-level students will enable them to get to the university of their choice.”
Mr Williams added: “We are very proud of all of our students and wish them all the best for the future.”
