AFTER a six week battle with her school over earrings pupil Kirstie Browne has now returned to lessons. The 11-year-old was banned from Onslow St Audrey's School, on March 9, for not complying with school rules and taking her newly-pierced earrings out.

The 11-year-old was banned from Onslow St Audrey's School, on March 9, for not complying with school rules and taking her newly-pierced earrings out.
But on April 20 Kirstie, of Stockbreach Road, Hatfield, backed down and returned to full time education.
