ROCK pop outfit Mediahype will be stopping by St Albans next week.
The four-piece are Jon Croker (guitars, vocals), Ben Wing (guitars, piano, vocals), Rob Wicks (bass, backing vocals) and Adam Murphy (drums, keyboards).
The Hemel Hempstead-based group list REM, dEUS and Weezer among their influences.
As for their own sound, they describe themselves as the "love child of Barenaked Ladies and REM, brought up by their grandfather Brian Wilson".
