Police are appealing for help and information to identify a cyclist they wish to speak to in connection with a car being damaged in Lemsford Village.

The incident took place in Lemsford on Thursday, November 3, at around 7.45am.

Officers want to speak to the cyclist as he was in the area at the time and may have information which could help the inquiry.
