A BANNED driver has been brought back to court after being spotted driving a quadbike.
Abraham Martin Chalkley was riding the black quadbike on the Galleria service road in Hatfield, back in October.
The 23-year-old from Redhall Close, Hatfield, appeared in front of magistrates in St Albans and faced a charge of driving a motor vehicle while disqualified and using a vehicle without insurance.
Both counts breached the Road Traffic Act and despite originally pleading not guilty in December, Chalkley changed his plea to guilty and was sentenced to a 12-month conditional discharge.
