CHILDREN'S author David Roberts shared his writing experiences with enthusiastic school pupils who turned up rather dirty for the occasion!
The boys from Lochinver House School, in Potters Bar, were treated to the visit from Mr Roberts in celebration of World Book Day, earlier this month.
In recognition of the author's Dirty Bertie books, the boys all went to school looking pretty filthy, with messy hair, dirty noses and breakfast stains on their clothes!
A spokeswoman for the Heath Road school told the Potters Bar Edition: "The day was a great success.
"The boys all came to school dressed as Dirty Berties, and there were some truly disgusting boys in school that day!
