Planners have officially released the first artistic impression of their updated proposals for Welwyn Garden City's former Shredded Wheat factory.

The Broadwater Road site has been earmarked for around 1,500 homes, a wellness centre and community facilities.

Designers have today unveiled a sketch (pictured) of the plans, which will be displayed in full at public exhibitions in Welwyn Garden City tomorrow and Thursday.
