THE trial of a troubled Potters Bar nightspot has been fixed for next month.
In last week's Potters Bar Edition we reported that Luthers bar, in High Street, is being prosecuted by Hertsmere Borough Council for fly-posting.
The council is taking the venue to court over "41 cases of unauthorised placements of notices on street furniture advertising events at the premises".
And at Central Herts Magistrates' Court in St Albans on Wednesday, licensee Tony Singh appeared on behalf of the bar to answer the charges.

He entered a not guilty plea in respect of each charge before magistrates adjourned the hearing.
The trial will take place at the same court on May 19.
