A widow has revealed the devastating impact of a Welwyn Garden City firm's criminal blunders on her young son after accepting civil damages for his father's death.
Builder Linley Developments, based in Watchmead, was given a £200,000 fine for corporate manslaughter in September last year, with suspended prison sentences for two employees.
This week, it agreed an out of court settlement with Lianne Jones for the death of her husband Gareth in 2013, when their son Casey was just two-and-a-half.
