A missing man from Hatfield has been found safe and well


A cyclist was knocked down in Hatfield this afternoon by a vehicle.

Police were called at 1.10pm to reports of a green Vauxhall Corsa colliding with a cyclist in French Horn Lane.

Ambulance services received a call at 1.11pm and sent two ambulance crews and a rapid response vehicle to the scene.

A man in his 50s was treated for arm and shoulder pains and was taken to Lister Hospital.

A spokesman for the ambulance service said: “The man was conscious and fully alert, the injuries are not life threatening.”
