Cyclist injured in Hatfield road accident

A CYCLIST received head injuries after colliding with a car in Hatfield last night (Wednesday).

Paramedics were called to the junction of Old Rectory Drive and Link Drive just before 7.45pm, following reports of a car in collision with a man on a pushbike.

Ambulance spokesman Gary Sanderson said: “A man believed in his 40s was taken to the Lister Hospital in Stevenage with a head injury.”
