Crowds expected for Welwyn Garden City’s H&M opening

H&M staff are armed with goodie bags for customers who queue up prior to the Welwyn Garden City store’s opening at 11am today.
Cordons have gone up outside the store to aid with queueing as crowds of excited shoppers are expected to turn out.
Those who do queue before 11am will receive a 25% discount.
H&M has become the Howard Centre’s new anchor store and is based over two floors.
It is stocking clothes for men, women, teens and children.
