Samantha Skeggs: 39, of Haldens, Welwyn Garden City.
On January 14, 2021 drove a black Vauxhall Corsa on Howlands, Welwyn Garden City while over the drink drive limit. Skeggs had 123 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £300. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
Lea Kelly: 37, of Dukes Court, Welwyn Garden City.
On February 26, 2021 drove a Honda CR-V on Cole Green Lane, Welwyn Garden City when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £66 and court costs £90.
Ryan Thomas: 37, of Knella Road, Welwyn Garden City.
Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he did not attend office appointments on December 29, 2021, January 6, 2022 and January 13, 2022. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay court costs £85.
