On July 13 drove a Nissan Micra on Gosmore Road, Hitchin when there was a proportion of cocaine in her blood. Fined £300 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 3 years.
Jinghao XU: 24, of St Albans Road, Hatfield.
Between February 16 and 17 assaulted a man at Hatfield and sent him abusive and threatening text messages. Was also in possession of a knife. Ordered to pay compensation £250 plus victim services £128 and court costs £85. Committed to prison for six months consecutive.
Stuart Bowman: 41, of Claycroft, Welwyn Garden City.
Between July 28 and August 2 intentionally attempted to communicate with a person under 16 for the purpose of sexual gratification. Ordered to pay court costs £85. Community order made. Sexual harm prevention order made on conviction for five years.
