A Highways England spokesman said there was a collision on the M25 anticlockwise between Junction 25 and 24 near Potters Bar, which led to two lanes being closed.

An ambulance service spokesman said one crew was sent to the scene at about 9.30am, where they treated a man in his 20s who was conscious and breathing.
