A single car collision is causing delays on the M25 near Potters Bar and South Mimms.
Lane one out of four has been closed on the M25 clockwise between Junction 23 for South Mimms and Junction 24 for Potters Bar.
It will remain closed for the rest of the day for barrier repairs.
There is also a large fuel spill in the carriageway.
Traffic is moving slowly and normal conditions are expected by around 11.45 to 12 noon.
