Used a Land Rover Discovery in Letchworth without insurance or L plates on April 8.

Peter Lee: 73, of Woodgate Avenue, Potters Bar.

Failed to give information relating to the driver of a Land Rover Range Rover who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Stevenage between July 26 to August 22.

Fined £720.

Ordered to pay victim services £72 and costs of £85.

Banned from driving for six months. Ban obligatory due to repeat offending.

Ravi Modi: 43, of Fern Dells, Hatfield.

Assaulted someone in Hatfield on January 10.

Community order made.

The defendant must have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months.

Modi must participate in any activity as required by a responsible officer for up to 20 days.

He was also ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.

Restraining order made not to harass or intimidate the victim.

This order is in place until February 14 2019.

Drove a Nissan X-Trail in Stanborough Road, WGC, while using a hand-held mobile phone on August 16.

Bradley Hughes: 21, of Essendon Gardens, WGC.

Without reasonable excuse was in the presence of a named female on February 16 in Hatfield, which he was banned from doing by a restraining order.

Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order in that he failed to turn up for unpaid work on November 9 and failed to attend the Poem programme on January 24.

Fined £220.

Ordered to pay victim services £30, court costs of £85, and costs of £85.

Sara Lingham: 28, of Daisy Drive, Hatfield.

Stole food from One Stop in Hatfield worth £36 on October 9.

Stole clothes from New Look worth £19.99 in Hatfield on September 29.

Ordered to pay compensation to cover the cost of the stolen items, victim services of £20, plus £25 court costs.

Louis Jenkins: 35, of Haygarth, Knebworth.

Drove a Range Rover at BP Nodeway filling station in London Road, Welwyn, on October 22 when the proportion of a controlled drug in his bloodstream exceeded the specified limit.

Jenkins had 950 micrograms of drug per litre of blood.

He did not have insurance or a licence.

Fined £435.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Disqualification obligatory due to repeat offending.

Billie Coletta: 22, of Handside Lane, WGC.
