Concerns for man’s welfare in Hatfield after collision with car

Police were called to reports of concerns for a man’s welfare in Hatfield.

A spokeswoman said: “Police were called shortly before 7.50am today to reports of concerns for the welfare of a man in Cavendish Way, Hatfield.

“The man was then involved in a collision with a vehicle.

“Road closures were put in place while the man was treated by paramedics, before being taken to hospital. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.”

The road was reopened at around 8.40am.
