Two vehicles were involved in a collision on the A1(M).
A black BMW was involved in a collision with a white Ford Transit van on the southbound carriageway of the A1(M) near Junction 4 for Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield.
Police were called to the scene at 6.49am today after reports that a vehicle had broken down in the middle lane.
Officers placed a rolling road block to stop the traffic.
The scene was cleared by 7.52am.
Nobody was reported to be injured.
