DON’T forget to put your clocks back this weekend as British Summer Time (BST) officially ends.

BST officially ends at 2am on Sunday.

Clocks should be put back an hour to 1am as the UK reverts to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

This means an extra 60 minutes in bed on Sunday morning.

BST traditionally starts on the last Sunday in March and ends on the final Sunday in October.

And when do the clocks change in 2012?

Clocks will go forward again on Sunday, March 25 at 1am and will go back on October 28.
