Hatfield schoolgirls were treated to a private viewing of a new film as a reward for their fundraising.

Fifty-six Bishop’s Hatfield Girls’ School pupils enjoyed watching ‘Suffragettes’ at the Campus West Garden City Cinema.

This prize was donated by Garden City Cinema as a reward for winning a fundraising competition organised by the school for its summer fair.

Two Forms distinguished themselves for their creativity, organisational skills and teamwork, and for the most money raised.

This event was part of the school’s “Build A Better Bishop’s” fundraising campaign, which aims to raise £500,000 by autumn 2016, in order to furnish and equip the school’s new building, currently under construction.
