Child hurt after being hit by car outside Hatfield school

A child was hurt after being hit by a car outside a school in Hatfield.
The youngster sustained injuries in the shunt outside Oak View Primary School, in Woods Avenue, Hatfield this morning (Wednesday).
A spokeswoman doe Hertfordshire Constabulary said: “Police were called by the ambulance service at 8.50am this morning to reports of a collision outside Oak View School, Hatfield involving a child and a car.
“A child suffered minor injuries following the collision.”
No details have yet been released about the car or the age or sex of the child.
