Cheek Developments Limited has made an application to the Property Chamber, Land Registration First-Tier Tribunal (“the Tribunal”) seeking to be registered as proprietor of the above freehold land which is registered at HM Land Registry under title number MX11981 and in respect of which the former registered proprietor was Crestgrove Limited (now dissolved).

1. Cheek Developments Limited has made an application to the Property Chamber, Land Registration First-Tier Tribunal (“the Tribunal”) seeking to be registered as proprietor of the above freehold land which is registered at HM Land Registry under title number MX11981 and in respect of which the former registered proprietor was Crestgrove Limited (now dissolved).

2. Any party interested in the matter should contact us or the Tribunal if they wish to object to the application.

3. Any such contact should be made within 21 days of the first appearance of this advertisement failing which the proceedings may proceed without further reference to them on the basis that they do not so object.

4. We will supply a copy of the original application and supporting documents and the Order made by the Tribunal to any relevant party free of charge on request.
