THE WHT is calling on our readers to send us a picture of themselves to help us create a ‘faces of Welwyn Hatfield’ hoarding.

In order to welcome Sainsbury's revamped supermarket to WGC, we are creating a collage of photographs to be put up on the hoardings surrounding the town centre development.

We hope many of our readers and advertisers, young and old, will join us for this joint project with Sainsbury's, which is supported by Welwyn Hatfield Council.

And if you haven't got a suitable picture, don't worry - WHT photographer Casey Gutteridge is hosting a free photo session in the Howard Centre this Saturday, (April 2) so you can have your picture taken for our hoardings .

If you want to send us your own picture:

Post them to us at – 31a Howardsgate, WGC, Herts AL8 6AP.

Email them to news@whtimes.co.uk – keep each email and attachment under 3mb.

We want head shots, like the ones of our staff pictured here.

You need to be looking at the camera and have an empty background.

Why not get the whole family involved too.

? The Howard Centre session will run from 9am to 1pm and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

? By emailing, sending, or having your photo taken you agree to having it displayed on the Sainsbury's hoardings.
