A MAN who died following a car crash in Times Territory last month has been named.

Jim Crossley, 69, from Broxbourne, died at the weekend as a result of injuries sustained in a collision on the Great North Road on August 25.

His Citroen C5 collided with a Ford Transit van close to the junction of Swanley Bar Lane, and Mr Crossley was airlifted to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, where he died on Saturday, September 12.

Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information on the collision to come forward.

PC Bob Hauxwell from the crash investigation unit said : "In particular, I am keen to speak to a man who was wearing a pink top that day and we believe may have seen the collision.

"He had a child with him and was on his way to Potters Bar."
