THE former founding member of 60s band The Byrds will be fronting his own folk solo tour in St Albans next week.
Roger McGuinn - Free as a Byrd is on at The Alban Arena on Tuesday.
The singer, songwriter and lead guitarist, heavily influenced by Bob Dylan, has developed innovative new guitar styles with his heavily compressed Rickenbacker guitar.
The show starts at 8pm. Tickets cost �24.50.
