Crooks targeted a youth club HQ for the second time within a month, escaping with computer equipment.

Burglars broke into the The Sea Cadet/ Air Training Corp HQ on Lemsford Lane this week, by forcing their way through a wooden fire escape door.

They stole a computer, a digital camera, a laptop and a computer monitor.

This happened at some point between 10pm on Thursday and 16.30pm on Tuesday.

A police spokeswoman said: “Investigations are ongoing, no arrests have been made.”

Anyone with information is urged to call the police on 101, quoting crime reference B1/14/693.
