Four burglaries over Easter in Hatfield

Police are asking for your help getting to the bottom of four Easter burglaries in Hatfield.

Between Good Friday right through to the early hours of this morning, Hatfield suffered several break-ins.

Police are appealing for public help and information in connection to burglaries at:

• Cherry Way, Hatfield, where there was a burglary between 5.30pm and 7pm on Monday April 2. Crime reference number: HC02042018-0568.

• Holloways Lane, Welham Green, where in the early hours of this morning April 3 a house was broken into and a cartaken from the driveway. Crime reference number: HC03042018-0102.

• South Drive, Cuffley, where a house was broken into at some point over the Easter period. Crime reference number: HC02042018-0344

• Newstead, Hatfield, where a house was broken into some time between Good Friday March 30 and Monday April 2. Crime reference number: HC02042018-0203.

Police community support officer Mark Randall said: “If you have heard or seen anything suspicious please call the Police 101 number and quote the number next to the relevant crime.”
