Youth had offensive weapon in Welwyn Garden City

A teenager has appeared in court after having an offensive weapon in the Woodhall area of Welwyn Garden City.
The teenager, who can not be named for legal reasons, appeared at youth court in St Albans on February 7.
He admitted having a metal pole in Cole Green Lane on November 21 last year.
Magistrates referred him to a youth offender panel for a period of four months.
He was ordered to pay victim services £20 and £25 court costs.
