Archant

A Welwyn Garden City department store is doing its bit to help victims of domestic abuse.

John Lewis has given £900 to The Herts Domestic Abuse Helpline as part of the Community Matters scheme.

Visitors to The Place to Eat, based within John Lewis, used their green tokens to nominate their chosen cause.

The money raised will go towards the costs of continuing to provide a free and confidential telephone signposting service to anyone affected by domestic abuse.

If you are struggling or know someone who needs help, the number to call is 08088 088088 and you can find more information on the website at www.hertsdomesticabusehelpline.org/
