Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious


A MAN, believed to be in his 50s, was found dead by police at an address in Welwyn Garden City.

It is not thought the death, at Moyne House, in Ley Walk, on Tuesday is being treated as suspicious.

A file is currently being prepared for Hertfordshire’s coroner.

A police spokesman said: “There was a body found at Moyne House at 11.40am on Tuesday morning.

“We received reports of concerns for the welfare of a man in his 50s at that address.

“Officers have attended the address and they’ve found the body of a male believed to be in his 50s.

“He was declared dead at the scene.”
