Programmer Stuart Woodhead had his Giant Roam 2 bike stolen yesterday from outside the Howard Centre sometime between 4.30pm and 11.30pm.

The 43-year-old said: “It’s the second bike I’ve had stolen in a year so it’s very disappointing.

“What I’ve learnt from this is that you can’t leave your bike on any of the bike racks in Welwyn Garden City for any amount of time anymore.”
