TONY Reynolds has been appointed Head of Hertfordshire and Luton at Barclays Commercial Bank.
He will work closely with commercial directors as the firm looks for growth during 2009, supporting existing and new customers and fellow professionals in the area.
Mr Reynolds joined Barclays in January 2006, with a broad base of experience in financial services, predominately within the mortgage and financial planning sectors.
The majority of his roles have been sales leadership, coupled with experience in operations, strategy and change, as well as detailed knowledge of regulation and the financial services authority.
