Audi driver arrested in Hatfield

Police have arrested the driver of an Audi TT in Hatfield this afternoon, who is also wanted by immigration.

During a vehicle stop check in Hatfield this afternoon officers found a wanted man.

Beds, Cambs and Herts Road Policing Unit tweeted: “After lying to us repeatedly it turns out that the driver is uninsured, does not have a licence and is also wanted by immigration.

“Vehicle seized and driver arrested on instruction from immigration, who wish to deport for breaking bail conditions.”
