Archant

Artist’s impressions have revealed how a huge new Welwyn Garden City housing development would look on the old QEll site.

Bellway Homes wants to build 163 homes on the site, of which 49 would be classed as affordable housing.

The building containing flats would be four storeys high and would use some of the ground level space for parking.

The flats would be located in the area of the development known as Green Boulevard.

Houses would be two storeys throughout and three storeys for town houses.
