Arsenal and Spurs legends put rivalries aside for Lemsford clash

SPORTING legends descended on Lemsford on Monday in a bid to raise cash for an Old Hatfield-based charity.

Former Arsenal and England stars Ian Wright, David Seaman and Lee Dixon rubbed shoulders with Tottenham heroes of yesteryear, including Ossie Ardiles, Martin Chivers and Pat Jennings, at a golf day in aid of the Willow Foundation.

Ex-England rugby star Rory Underwood, Olympic swimmer Mark Foster and snooker star Willie Thorne teed off at the star-studded event, at Brocket Hall. Former footballers Graham Roberts, John Hollins and Clive Allen were also VIP guests on the day.
