A coffee morning in Hatfield has raised more than £280 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The fundraiser was held at Gymophobics Hatfield on October 5, and brought together members, friends, and members of the community for a morning of refreshments, a raffle, and conversation.

A spokesperson for Gymophobics Hatfield said: "We are delighted with the generosity shown by our members, friends and the local community.

"It was lovely to see everyone come together for such an important cause.

"Every donation makes a difference, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped us raise £286.27 for Macmillan Cancer Support."

The event was attended by the Mayor of Hatfield, Nike Fakoya, who showed support for the fundraiser.

Special thanks were given to SK Salon and High View Café, who donated raffle prizes and helped make the event possible.

Macmillan Cancer Support helps people living with cancer by providing practical, emotional, and financial assistance to patients, families, and carers.

Gymophobics Hatfield, a women-only gym, supports women of all ages and fitness levels in a friendly environment focused on improving strength, fitness, and wellbeing.

The team expressed gratitude to everyone who attended, donated, or contributed in any way to the fundraiser.
