Hatfield Park is hosting 'Wilderness Weekends' for families this month.
Families visiting Hatfield Park and Gardens this month can enjoy outdoor adventure activities as part of their admission ticket.
Wilderness Weekends, run by Camp Wilderness, will take place across three weekends from today (August 14), to Sunday, August 30.
The activities are aimed at helping children and families spend meaningful time outdoors, away from technology, while learning practical skills.

Located at the start of Hatfield Park’s Woodland Walks, the activities include making paracord bracelets, and for children aged eight and above, archery and tomahawk throwing under expert guidance.
All Wilderness Weekends activities are covered by the Park and Gardens admission ticket.
This offers families the chance to combine an adventurous day with a relaxed summer outing exploring Hatfield Park and Gardens.
The activities will run from 11am to 4pm over the weekends of August 14 to 16, August 21 to 23, and August 28 to 30.
Hatfield Park features the historic Hatfield House, the Old Palace, Gardens, and Parkland.
Visitors can also enjoy on-site dining and independent boutiques in the Stable Yard.
Adult admission is £17, child admission is £8.50, and a family ticket is £42.
