25-year-old man punched to the ground in Hatfield

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a man was assaulted in Hatfield.
The victim, a 25-year-old man, was approached from behind as he was walking along Bishops Rise, close to the Co-op, between 4am and 5am on Wednesday, November 9.
He was punched in the back of the head, causing him to fall to the floor. He was then kicked in the leg.
The offender, or offenders, ran off down Bishops Rise towards the Galleria.
The victim was not injured during the incident.
