Dogs and Daffs, the charity walk and show, is coming back to Hatfield House this spring.
Organisers announced the March 16 event on the website, stating: "Our Dogs and Daffs Day has become one of our favourite fundraising events in our calendar.
"With your support (as well as your dogs) we have managed to raise more than £50,000 for the Digswell Place Group Riding for Disabled Association over the last eight years."
Visitors can purchase early bird tickets online for £8, otherwise adult tickets are £10 - but children under 12 and dogs go free!
The day is split into charity walks and a dog show, as well as fun activities like flyball with Racing Herts, and the slumbering scurry.
There are four charity walks to choose from, which suit all abilities, including a wheelchair and buggy friendly route.
The categories for the dog show include; the friendliest dog, best veteran, best young dog, best rescue dog, waggiest tail, scruffiest mutt, the dog the judge most wants to take home, the most handsome dog, prettiest bitch, and finally the best in show.
The event will be taking place on March 16 from 9.30am until 4pm, and all proceedings will be going to the Digswell Place Group Riding for the Disabled Association.
The Digswell Place Group RDA’s provides therapy and enjoyment to people with disabilities through activities with ponies and horses.
These activities help riders gain the physiological advantages of exercise in the open air, such as increased self-confidence from overcoming fear, independence and social inclusion.
