A second appeal has been launched to find a man from Hatfield who is wanted for strangulation offences.
Jaidon Mitchell is wanted in relation to a non-fatal strangulation incident, and although he is of no fixed abode, he is believed to regularly frequent Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City.
The 21-year-old also has close links to Bedford.
