Bellway Homes is holding a public consultation to present its proposals for the former Panshanger Aerodrome.
From 3pm to 7.30pm, on Thursday, September 19, a consultation will take place at Panshanger Golf Club, offering the community the opportunity to speak to members from the Bellway Homes project team.
The group will be on hand to provide further information, talk through the detailed proposals and answer any questions.
In April (2024), Bellway Homes was selected as the preferred development partner for Homes England’s 135-acre site now known as DeHavilland Park.
The development will offer 750 new homes for the area will be arranged in three distinctive character areas. At the consultation, attendees will be shown how the first phase of 169 of homes will be built and other landscaping details
During the exhibition, any information displayed will also be available on the development’s website, along with the ability to submit feedback.

A spokesman from Bellway Homes says: “We take the views of the community very seriously, and while some residents have already contributed to the development of the council’s strategic vision, we will be presenting more detailed proposals for the site at this event.
"There will also be information about our design approach, and environmental and sustainability measures.”
