It's time to have your say on a 900-home development in Potters Bar, after a consultation was launched.
Bloor Homes and Griggs Homes are proposing to build the major extension to the south of the town, on land sandwiched between Baker Street, Barnet Road and the M25.
As well as 900 new homes, the development would also include new community and sports facilities, a primary school, shops and allotments.
"Bloor Homes and Griggs Homes are bringing forward plans for a sustainable new neighbourhood south of Potters Bar, including a care home, new local centre, land for a two-form entry primary school, sports facilities, community space and improved public open space," the consultation plans read.
"The proposals are intended to be a sustainable extension to Potters Bar. The scheme will also include a new local centre and significant amenities for both new and existing residents to enjoy, and will provide high-quality homes as well as the necessary infrastructure to allow the area to thrive."
The consultation opened on Monday, July 8 and runs until Wednesday, July 24.
You can have your say online at www.southofpottersbar. co.uk, or two events taking place later this month.
The first will be held from 3pm to 7pm on Tuesday, July 16, at The Clayton Centre, and then at the Wyllyotts Theatre on Wednesday, July 17, from 3pm to 6.30pm.
