A Potters Bar shop worker was left with a "four-inch cut on their stomach" after a knife attack.
On Wednesday, April 17, just before 6am, a verbal altercation between a group of four men and two members of staff from a nearby shop took place outside Potters Bar railway station.
The altercation became physical when punches were thrown, before two of the men produced knives and lunged towards one of the staff members, who sustained a four-inch cut on their stomach.

Officers attended the scene and four men were arrested in connection with the incident. They have since been released under investigation.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has information, who is yet to speak to the police, to contact the British Transport Police by texting 61016, or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 86 of 17 April 2024.
