A variation of condition application has been submitted for a development of 16 two-bedroom homes in Roe Green Lane.

4. Public inquiry into South Mimms depot

A public inquiry is taking place following an appeal against an enforcement noted.

The enforcement states that without planning permission, there was a material change of use of the land adjacent to St Albans Road in South Mimms, to a construction contractor's depot for uses including the storage of building materials, the parking and storage of machinery and vehicles and the siting of containers for the storage of tools and equipment.

Public inquiry will take place at Elstree Studios, Shenley Road, Borehamwood, on Tuesday, April 23 at 10am, and will continue on Wednesday, April 24.

5. South Mimms portacabins
