My name is Raven, I am very sad little cat.

Just over a year ago, I was involved in a terrible and traumatic road traffic accident. I suffered from awful head injuries, including a fractured jaw.

A kind rescuer took me to a local vet who treated me. I then came to live at Southridge RSPCA.

I was quite terrified at first, but who can blame me after all I had been through? No one came to claim me, so here I am waiting for my forever home.

While I am a very gentle feline, having had little human interaction in my (approximately) two years of life, it has taken me time to trust and respond positively to the understanding cattery staff and volunteers.

I do still feel scared at times, but I now enjoy their company and look forward to munching on the tasty chicken treats offered by kindly hands.

I think you will agree from my photo that I am a very pretty girl, with my saucer shaped green eyes and striking white blaze, contrasting with my sleek black coat.

I will need a quiet, calm, adult-only home with kind, patient humans. I think I might enjoy the company of another cat, but definitely no dogs please.

Being a timid girl, I will need a quiet room of my own to start with, from where I can gradually begin to explore my new home at my own pace.

I will look forward to going outside eventually, so will definitely need a cat flap, so if I feel anxious I can quickly come back inside to feel safe.

So if you think you fit the bill, and would like to make a sad, sweet, tragic little cat happy and safe, contact Southridge right now! Thank you from Raven.
